Yellow tomato marmalade

Yellow tomato marmalade is a sweet and sour marmalade that is great together with cheese. The yellow tomatoes also give the jam a nice and tasteful colour.

Ingredients

400 g yellow cherry tomatoes
75 ml water
50 ml lime juice
190 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
4 g fresh basil

Instructions

Rinse and chop the tomatoes and place in a saucepan.

Add the water and lime juice and boil for 5 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for a further 5 minutes. Add the basil.

Take the saucepan off the heat. Skim off any foam. Pour into a warm, thoroughly cleaned jar. Seal. Store in a cool place.
