Swiss roll with Dime nuggets

Ingredients

3 large eggs
250 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
120 g plain flour
10-15 g cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
Cane sugar to decorate cake

Filling
100 g (1 packet) Dime nuggets
200 g Philadelphia cream cheese, light if preferred
60 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
3 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Instructions

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Combine the dry ingredients and fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture onto a large rectangular baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, greased and sprinkled with flour. Bake in the centre of the oven at 225°C for approx. 5 minutes. Sprinkle cane sugar over the cake, then turn it out onto a sheet of greaseproof paper. Peel the paper off the cake.

Lightly crush the Dime nuggets. Combine all the ingredients for the filling. Spread the filling over the cake and roll up.
