Ingredients

2 kg summer squash
2 cups water
2 kg Dansukker Granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
5 g citric acid
 

Instructions

Grate squash, add water, cinnamon and sugar. Boil in a saucepan for 20-30 minutes. At the end add citric acid. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Store in a cool place.
