Ingredients

Fried bread
50 g butter
4 slices of sourdough bread

Sugar mixture
90 g Dansukker Dry Brown Sugar
3 g cinnamon, ground

To serve
250 g strawberries
mascarpone
Dansukker Light Syrup

Instructions

Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the bread. Fry the bread until golden brown on both sides. Mix the sugar and cinnamon on a plate and dip the bread into the mixture on both sides.

Top the summer toast with fresh sliced strawberries and enjoy. Or add a touch of luxury with a dollop of mascarpone and a drizzle of light syrup!
