Ingredients

35 cl Vodka
500 g strawberries
400 ml Dansukker Light Syrup

Instructions

Wash and trim the strawberries. Leave them on a towel or kitchen paper to dry. Put the berries in a jar and add the alcohol. Leave to mature for at least four weeks. Strain the alcohol from the berries. Mix the alcohol with the syrup. Pour into sterilised bottles.

The strained berries can be boiled with 3-4 dl Dansukker Jam Sugar to make a strong-flavoured jam for adults. Good served with a mature cheese.
