Strawberry jam with cardamom and lime

Delicious strawberry jam with cardamom and lime, a burst of summer. Make your own jam and enjoy it on pancakes or your morning porridge.

Ingredients

1 kg (2 litres) strawberries
1/2 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
juice of 2 limes (60 ml)
6 g cardamom

Instructions

Put the berries, jam sugar, lime juice and cardamom in a saucepan and boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Skim off any foam. Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Put the lids on. Refrigerate.
