Strawberry-elderflower tonic
Ingredients
1/2 litre strawberries
2 dl concentrated elderflower cordial
2 tbsp Dansukker Superfine Sugar
2 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
8 cl gin
4 dl Scweppes tonic water
Instructions
Fill four glasses half-way with ice. Divide the gin between the glasses. Liquidise the strawberries, cordial and both sugars. Strain and pour into the glasses. Dilute with the water.
