Strawberry and raspberry jam

Ingredients

600 g strawberries
400 g raspberries
1 packet Dansukker Jam Sugar 1+3
2 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Instructions

Rinse the strawberries, trim off the stalks and cut them into pieces. Put them in a saucepan with the jam sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla sugar. Remove from the heat and carefully skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal tightly. Store in a cool place.
