Spinach and strawberry salad
Ingredients
1500 ml fresh spinach
500 g strawberries, sliced
100 ml parsley, chopped
Dressing
75 ml rapeseed oil
45 ml white wine vinegar
50 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
2 g powdered paprika
15 ml sesame seeds
Instructions
Stir the dressing ingredients together. Combine the spinach, strawberries and parsley in a large bowl or serving dish. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
