Ingredients

100 ml whipping cream
100 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
125 ml Dansukker Cane Sugar Granulated
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
100 ml sesame seeds

Instructions

Start by roasting the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. Set aside. Mix all ingredients except the sesame seeds in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir. Heat at 750 W for 6 minutes. Stir. Cook for another 2 minutes. (You may wish to measure the temperature of the mixture – it should be 135 °C.) Mix in the sesame seeds. Spoon into moulds.
