Ingredients

  • 600 ml sea buckthorn berries
  • 600 ml water
  • 270 g Dansukker Cane Sugar Granulated
  • 1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Bring the berries, water, cane sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil.
Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful to skim off any foam.
Strain the cordial, pour into clean bottles and keep cool.
