200 g salad leaves (any kind)
100-150 g freshly-smoked salmon
2 boiled potatoes, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges

2 tsp Dansukker Cane Sugar
2 tsp freshly-squeezed lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp water
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of black pepper
1 tbsp cress

Mix the cane sugar, lime juice, water, salt and pepper. Mix in the cress. Divide the salad leaves, salmon, potatoes and eggs between two plates. Drizzle over the dressing.
