Rose hip marmalade on a slice of freshly baked bread with cheese is the perfect morning. This rose hip marmalade has a taste of lemon and taste like a cup of Earl Grey.

Ingredients

100 g dried rose hips
700 ml water
Juice and zest of 1 lemon, preferably organic
500 g Dansukker Jam Sugar

Instructions

Boil the rose hips, water, lemon juice and zest for 10 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for about another 8 minutes.

Skim off any foam. Pour the rose hip jam into a warm, thoroughly-cleaned jar. Seal. Store in a cool place.
