These scrumptious rice puffs are easy to make and utterly irresistible. Home-made sweets are the best. Creamy, sweet, salty, crispy rice puffs. Everything you would wish for at once.

  • 100 g butter
  • 40 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
  • 70 g Dansukker Organic Light Syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 70 g oats
  • 40 g puffed rice
  • 1 pinch salt


  • 10-20 g puffed rice

Whisk the butter with the sugar and syrup. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff and fold into the butter mixture.

Process the oats and puffed rice in a blender and stir them into the mixture along with the salt. Roll into balls.
Crush puffed rice in a blender and roll the rice puff balls in it. Keep refrigerated.
