1 1/2 kg redcurrants
200 ml raisins
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar

Rinse and pick over the redcurrants. Rinse the raisins. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and carefully skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal tightly. Store in a cool place.
