Ingredients

  • 500 g red peppers, washed weight
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • Juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • 500 g Dansukker Jam Sugar

Blanch and peel the peppers. Remove the seeds. Combine the peppers Combine all the ingredients in a pan, and boil for 5 minutes. Carefully skim off any foam. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool, dark place. This marmalade goes well with cheese.
