Ingredients
6 dl red cabbage, shredded
1-1 1/2 dl leek, finely shredded
1 dl parsley, chopped
2 oranges in bits
50 g walnuts
Dressing
1 tsp Colman’s mustard powder
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all the salad ingredients except for the walnuts in a bowl. Dissolve the mustard powder in the water in a small bowl. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and mix together before pouring over the salad. Sprinkle with the walnuts just before serving. Delicious with Christmas ham.
