Raspberry, lime and liquorice jam

Everybody knows that raspberries and liquorice together are an amazing combination of flavours. And if we add lime, we get the perfect jam! Serve the raspberry, lime and liquorice jam with a pancake buffet, strong cheeses, or try it on bread at breakfast.

Ingredients

500 g raspberries
250 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp liquorice root powder

Instructions

Rinse the berries and combine with the sugar, lime and liquorice root powder. Boil for 6-7 minutes.

Skim off any foam and pour the jam into hot, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
