Raspberry Jamtini with lemon

Raspberry Jamtini with lemon

  • 200 ml raspberry jam, see basic recipe
  • 70 g Dansukker White Syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml cranberry juice
  • Ice
  • Top with fruit soda or soda water
  • Lemon verbena (can be omitted if not available)
  • Lime slices

Combine all the ingredients in a jug and stir until everything is mixed well.
Add plenty of ice to 4 glasses, and pour the jamtini over the top.
Top with fruit soda or soda water.
Garnish with lemon verbena and lime slices.

For an alcoholic drink, add 40 ml vodka to each cocktail.
