Raspberry Jamtini with lemon

Ingredients

200 ml raspberry jam, see basic recipe
70 g Dansukker White Syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
100 ml water
100 ml cranberry juice
Ice
Top with fruit soda or soda water
Lemon verbena (can be omitted if not available)
Lime slices

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a jug and stir until everything is mixed well.
Add plenty of ice to 4 glasses, and pour the jamtini over the top.
Top with fruit soda or soda water.
Garnish with lemon verbena and lime slices.

Tip
For an alcoholic drink, add 40 ml vodka to each cocktail.
