Raspberry jam with whole berries

Ingredients

500 g raspberries, whole and in good condition
500 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar 

Instructions

Layer the raspberries, jam sugar rand vanilla sugar in a bowl and leave to stand overnight. Gently pour the berry mixture into a wide pan and simmer, WITHOUT stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a dark, cool place.
