Raspberry jam

Make your own raspberry jam quickly and easily using just two ingredients, raspberries and jam sugar. Enjoy this delicious raspberry jam all summer, or why not for the whole year?

1 kg raspberries
1/2 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar


Rinse and pick over the raspberries. Mix them in a saucepan with the jam sugar. Boil for 3-4 minutes.

Skim any scum off the jam. Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal and store in a cool place. You can replace the raspberries with other berries or fruits.
