1 kg raspberries
1 packet Dansukker Jam Sugar 1+3
2 tbsp coconut flakes (from a health food shop)
4 tbsp coconut liqueur (optional)

Rinse and pick over the raspberries. Combine the raspberries and jam sugar in a saucepan and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and carefully skim off any scum. Add the coconut flakes and liqueur. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal tightly. Store in a cool place.
