Ingredients
4 pears
200 g soft blue cheese
15-30 ml oil
Dressing
25 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
30 ml white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Peel, halve and core the pear, cut it into wedges and sauté in oil in a frying pan. Remove the pears from the pan and mix them with the crumbled blue cheese. Stir in the dressing. Particularly good with grilled smoke-cured pork.
