Ingredients

1 tin of peaches (800 g)
2 eggs
1 dl Dansukker Organic Cane Sugar Fairtrade
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
100 g ground almonds

Strain all the juice off the peaches. Beat the eggs and both types of sugar until fluffy. Stir in the almonds. Put the peaches in a greased oven-proof dish with the rounded side upwards. Spread the egg mixture over the peaches. Bake in the lower part of the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve lukewarm or cold with lightly whipped cream or crème fraîche.
