Peach marmalade with mint

Ingredients

1.5 kg peaches
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
8 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Flavourings
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
10 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Blanch, peel, core and chop the peaches.

Mix the chopped peach, jam sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and boil for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and skim off the foam carefully. Stir the marmalade quickly. Leave a few pieces of the fruit. Add the mint leaves.

Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.

Tip! Nectarines can replace the peaches in this recipe.
