1 kg organic tomatoes
500 g Dansukker Organic Jam Sugar
2 rosemary sprigs
Juice and zest of 2 organic lemons

Blanch and peel the tomatoes. Remove the stem area and seeds. Chop up the tomato pulps. Mix together the tomato pulp, jam sugar, rosemary, lemon zest and lemon juice. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
