4 dl water
¾ dl Dansukker Jelly Sugar Multi
½ dl raisins (optional)
Squeeze two of the oranges and put the juice in a saucepan. Add the water and jelly sugar and simmer for 30 seconds.
Add the raisins. Cut the pith and membranes from the segments of the two remaining oranges and put them in the soup. Refrigerate until chilled.
If desired, serve the soup with a small sweet biscuit or “skorpa”.
