Ingredients

1 head of romaine lettuce
2 oranges, split into slices
2 avocados, sliced
8 cocktail tomatoes, halved
100 ml leek, finely shredded
50 ml parsley, chopped

Dressing
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Dansukker Glucose Syrup
1 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
4 tbsp rapeseed oil
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 ml salt

Instructions

Rinse the lettuce and leave to drain. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces and place in a bowl. Distribute the remaining ingredients over the lettuce. Combine the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the salad when serving. Serving suggestion: serve the salad with Christmas ham.
