Ingredients
6 egg yolks
130 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
200 ml almond milk
zest of 2/3 of an orange
Instructions
Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar together until thick and fluffy.
Pour in the almond milk and flavour with zest from orange. Whisk until fluffy.
Pour into 4 glasses if serving chilled, or heat in a saucepan for a few minutes and then serve in a glass or mug. Spoon a little froth on top and sprinkle with cane sugar.
