Ingredients
1 packet of ready-pickled herring (5-minuters sill)
1 dl finely chopped shallots
1/2 dl finely chopped capers
2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard (skånsk mustard)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup
1 dl cream
Instructions
Cut the herring into pieces. Mix the other ingredients together and add the herring to the mixture. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavours develop.
