Ingredients
150 g butter or margarine
4 dl plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 dl Dansukker Icing Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
3 ml ground cardamom
2 egg yolks
Filling
4 eggs
2 dl crème fraîche
2 dl mulled wine
2 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
4 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
2 dl raisins
1 dl chopped walnuts
Decoration
Dansukker Icing Sugar
Instructions
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the butter/margarine cut into pieces. Rub the butter/margarine into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the egg yolks. Work together quickly to make a dough. Cover the dough and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Press the dough into small metal tins. Lightly beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon the filling into the pastry cases. Bake at the centre of the oven at 200°C for approx. 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
