Ingredients
200 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
5–10 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
Mint
3-4 lime ice cubes, or normal ice cubes, see recipe on lime ice cubes here
carbonated water
400 ml light rum, any
Instructions
Cut the lime into slices and squeeze the juice into a glass. Put the slices in the glass as well. If possible, use an unwaxed lime. Add cane sugar and mint to the glass and crush with a pestle.
Add the ice cubes and use the pestle to crush slightly. Add carbonated water and light rum. Top with cane sugar and mint.
