Ingredients
1 litre strawberries
4 tbsp lemon or lime juice
4 tbsp Dansukker Soft Brown Sugar
330 ml mineral water
To decorate
4 sprigs fresh basil
Ice cubes
Instructions
Peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Rinse and pick over the strawberries. Put the melon, strawberries, lemon juice and brown sugar in a blender and liquidise until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve. Put a couple of ice cubes in each glass. Divide the drink between the glasses and top up with mineral water. Decorate each glass with a sprig of basil.
