Ingredients

250 g strawberries
200 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
5 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
20 ml cognac 

Instructions

Rinse the strawberries, remove the leaves and stalks and slice them. Combine the strawberries and jam sugar in a pan and boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla sugar and cognac. Skim off any scum. Pour into a warm, clean jar. Seal. Store in a cool place.
