  • 1 1/2 kg oranges
  • 4 dl water
  • 3 dl rum
  • 3 dl Dansukker Muscovado Sugar
  • 1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar

Wash the oranges thoroughly. Cut each orange into eight boats and slice each boat thinly. Put the oranges pieces in a pan with the water, and cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the rum and both types of sugar and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
