Jam Sugar is a product for those of you who do not make jam very often. With Jam Sugar you can make jams and marmalades in just a few minutes. The packet contains all the ingredients that you need to make jam; sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and potassium sorbate. The only thing that you need to add are berries and a little water. You can use either fresh or frozen berries.
