Hot tomato marmalade

1 kg ripe tomatoes
2 fresh red chillies
5 cloves
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Blanch, peel and dice the tomatoes. Rinse the chilli, deseed it and cut into thin strips. Combine all the ingredients except the vanilla sugar in a saucepan and boil for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and carefully skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal tightly. Store in a cool place.
