  • 1 kg grapes
  • 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 500 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
  • 0.5 g ground cardamom

Rinse and cut the grapes into pieces. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Skim off the foam and stir the marmalade quickly. Leave a few small grape pieces.

Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
