Grapefruit marmalade

Make your breakfast great with home cooked marmalade! Sweet-sour grapefruit marmalade with cardamom that goes perfectly with cheese, scones, or toast.

2 grapefruits
340 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 g ground cardamom


Peel and slice the grapefruits. Put the fruit pulp in a heavy-based saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Skim thoroughly.

Remove the marmalade from the hob and leave it to set slightly for about 10 minutes, before pouring it into warm, carefully washed jars. Seal and store in a cool place.
