Instructions

Roll out the gingerbread dough to a thickness of roughly 3 mm. Cut out 72 squares measuring about 10 x 12 cm and lay them on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake in the centre of the oven at 200°C for approx. 8 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack. Stick the pieces together with icing to make triangular houses. Decorate the houses with the numbers 1 to 24 using icing and sweets. Use your imagination. Put gifts inside the houses.
