Ingredients
200 g butter or margarine
175 ml Dansukker Granulated Sugar
350 ml plain flour
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
2 tsp baking powder
100 g hazelnuts
Instructions
Whisk the butter or margarine and both types of sugar until fluffy. Mix the flour, baking powder and nuts and fold into the mixture. Form the mixture into 20 balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving plenty of room between each cookie. Bake in the centre of the oven at 175 °C for approx. 10 minutes.

Wonderful elderflower
