150 ml concentrated elderflower cordial (preferably home-made)
2 tbsp Dansukker Cane Sugar Granulated
2 eggs
75 g butter
Mix the cordial, sugar and eggs in a large bowl over a water bath until thick.
Remove from the heat and stir in the butter a little at a time.
Pour the curd into a clean bowl or jar. Store in the refrigerator.
