Ingredients

3 egg whites
200 ml Dansukker Granulated Sugar
3 drops lemon juice
Yellow food colouring

Instructions

Whisk together the egg whites, lemon juice, colouring and 1 dl of the sugar until thick using an electric whisk. Fold the remaining sugar into the mixture. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe small chickens onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in the centre of the oven at 125°C for about 1 hour. Using the icing, add eyes and beaks to the baked chickens.
