  • 150 ml Dansukker Granulated Sugar
  • 150 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 12 minutes. Do the ball test – you should be able to shape the mixture into a loose ball. Pour into small cups. Leave to cool at room temperature (do not refrigerate, as this will make the cream too hard).
