Chocolate toddy

4 dl strong freshly brewed coffee
4 dl milk
100 g dark chocolate
4 tbsp Dansukker Soft Brown Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
12 cl cognac

To decorate
1 1/2 dl whipping cream
2 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup 


Heat the coffee and milk in a pan. Add the chocolate and stir until it melts. Add the brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Divide the cognac between four glasses. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Top with a spoonful of cream and drizzle with a little syrup. Serve immediately.
