250 g cherries, pitted
25 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
1 g ground cinnamon

100 g butter or margarine
90 g plain flour
50 g desiccated coconut
75 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Work the ingredients together quickly to make a dough. Grease an ovenproof dish. Put the cherries in the dish and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Distribute the dough over the cherries. Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Serve the pie with lightly whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
