Cheese salad with saffron dressing

Ingredients

2-3 dl red chard
2-3 dl rocket
3-4 fresh figs
2 dl feta cheese, diced
2 dl blue cheese, crumbled

Dressing
1 tbsp warm water
½ g saffron
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Dansukker Brown Sugar

Instructions

Thoroughly rinse and drain the salad leaves. Arrange the leaves on four plates. Wash and quarter the figs and arrange them on the plates. Sprinkle the two cheeses over the salad. Mix the saffron and warm water in a small bowl and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Add the oil and sugar and stir well. Drizzle the dressing over salad. Serve with some good bread.
