Ingredients
2 tbsp butter or margarine
70 g Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
175 g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
½ tsp crushed cardamom
Instructions
Snap or chop the chocolate into pieces. Boil the butter/margarine, muscovado sugar and cream. Mix in the cardamom and chocolate pieces, then stir until the mixture is smooth.
Allow the mixture to cool. Fill the truffle mixture into an icing bag and squeeze into shapes or small loaves. Refrigerate.
