Ingredients

1 kg potatoes (boiled and peeled)
200 g Dansukker Sugar
50 g butter

Instructions

Pour sugar in a pan and let it melt. Do not stir the sugar as it might become chunky. When the sugar has melted, add butter to the mixture and then potatoes. Stir until the potatoes are brown. This will take approx. 20 minutes.
